Video: Detroit Voters Talk About Why They Voted For Harris or Trump

On a cloudy, 70-plus degree day, voters in Detroit and Michigan and around the nation on Tuesday headed to the polls to seal the final deal for the presidential office. 

At Bethel A.M.E. Church on St. Antoine and Warren in Midtown Detroit, residents trickled into the voting precinct to cast their vote in what has been one of the more contentious presidential races in modern history.

Deadline Detroit reporter Allan Lengel spoke to people who voted for Vice President Kamala Harris or former President Donald Trump. Some declined to say who they voted for. One said the transgender issue that the Trump campaign raised was a big concern.
